First off, this is not a fake review (like someone posted earlier), if you are looking for a fancy looking restaurant that's pretty, don't go here, if you are looking for fabulous service and fabulous food, this is the place for you. We didn't notice any bad smell upon entering, the restaurant was very clean, the service was exceptional, our waiter (I think owner as well), took the time to explain all the dishes, they even have Sri Lankan beer (excellent by the way, and I am not stout drinker), the portions were a good size (we had to take some home), the food was exceptional, my husband and I would definitely go again, this isn't East Side Mario's, were you can get a meal for $15.00, so pricing may seem high for some people, but given the quality of the food and the fact that it is made fresh, we had no problem with pricing. Even left a generous tip. Would go again!

Dont believe the negative reviews its one of the places where taste is authentic Indian. Other places taste like India food names made in Canadian style. Its not an Indian restaurant Its Srilankan but taste is very similar to South Indian food. Don’t forget to try Dosa and Chicken 65.

Humble interior, but the food is a heavy hitter. Flavourful, good portions, and quality ingredients. A hidden gem in Ottawa.
